I decided to begin with some quick wins!
Here are some great well-being apps:
In today's fast-paced world, maintaining health and well-being can be challenging. Fortunately, innovative apps like Clementine and The Tapping Solution offer accessible and effective tools to help you manage stress, improve sleep, and enhance your overall mental and emotional health. These apps harness the power of hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and tapping techniques to provide personalized support, making it easier than ever to take control of your well-being and lead a happier, healthier life. 🌟
Clementine is a hypnotherapy app with a few free sessions, such as "Setting and intention for change," which I love, and "Wind down and build confidence". It offers a free 7-day trial that does not automatically enroll you in a subscription. If you do subscribe for £29.99 for the first year, I recommend the "Recharge your mind", "My value increases with age", and "Deep sleep and build your boundaries" ones. I do the intention one every morning and sleep one every night, sometimes I'll do the quick ones in the day or the "Recharge your mind one if I'm flagging in my break or lunch.

The Tapping Solution is an emotional freedom technique app that I also use a lot. It has quick taps when you just have 2 minutes, as well as longer tapping sessions. It has free sessions such as "Quiet my racing mind" which is superb before sleep, the "Tapping into Meditation" is a great way to keep your brain to meditate,, and the "Releasing general pain" one even eases my period pains! It is £61.99 annually, but in a year, I did 183 sessions and nearly 37 hours of guided tapping, which helped my sleep, kept my peace, and helped me with many a challenging situation.

Smiling Mind is a free app jam packed full of guided mindfulness practises, it's produced in Australia and is for every age group. It can even be used with groups so is an excellent therapy resource.
If you want to boost your well-being by being active then Nike Training Club is free to download and use, with a wide range of free workouts and training programs. It sounds as if it's aimed at athletes but there is plenty there for everyone, from beginner yoga, to meditation, strength building, stretching, cardio, dance, and more. And the great part if you can do all the activities wherever you like!
Betwixt is an app with a graded payment plan including access you can request if you are having difficulty affording it. It's a brilliant immersive 'choose your own adventure' story that uses AI to individualise your well-being adventure. It is designed by psychologists to help you grow in different areas of your life and has resources at the end of each chapter.
